I know this railroad had one of these, and the Pennsylvania Railroad Museum has this one sitting outside in un-restored condition. This unit has the low cab configuration and is the only C415 built with the tight clearance industrial cab option. There were 26 C415s built and 12 were high cab units, 13 were medium height cabs. Total production of C414s was 26 according to the second edition of Jerry a. Pinkepank's Diesel Spotters Guide. For once the rarest of it's kind has been saved !
