Please tell me that this Train is on lease and not sold. It'll be a shame that such an icon of Colorado Winters could be lost forever.

Unfortunately (for those who have not heard this news), the Ski Train has been sold to Canadian National for use on its Algoma Central line north from Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. The rationale behind the sale is posted on www.skitrain.com.
