The only thing in this photo not tagged appears to be the UP worker. Sad looking 3GS21B for UP to have plying the rails but there is almost nothing anyone can do to stop this from happening.

Needed, engine terminals with security guards. Unbelievable, You or I can stand and attempt to photograph this subject and be subject to search or camera confiscation. yet someone can vandalize to this magnitude without restriction. I take umbrage to railfans being bared from enjoying their hobby, while vandals freely vandalize property they do not own. Otherwise this is a nice shot, thank you Joel.
