Hey! This isn't northern Quebec!?!? Seriously though, that's a great shot. Nice to see the old Cartier units still rolling.

Surprising to see them still so clean,in their last years with CN,they were kind of scruffy.

It would *seem* like northern Quebec with Cartier units running through the town of Gardeau. The WNY&P painted red over the faded orange on the first & third units, making them look more CN units; while the middle unit is still in faded Cartier orange. The WNY&P did an amazing job re-stenciling and touching up these units. I understand that two more ex-Cartier's are on the way to replace the remaining HELM leasers.
