Posted by Brian Rhoads on May 10, 2009  The YN3 painted unit mu'ed to the third NS 45-2 is NOT the CSX 45-2 thats assigned to OI. If you look closely at the fuel tank, its a standard EMD fuel tank not the larger capacity tank. Great photo!
