Check out the Agent's white loafers.... Ah, the 1970s! At least The Southern's paint scheme was classy in ANY era.

I know the operator in that photo. His name is Ed Suddeth. He goes to my church and loves to tell me stories of working at Barber and with the Southern. That blue car next to the junction is his, and he still has it! He likes to give me some of his old papers, and other items that he had or used from the Southern, including that order catcher (I think thats what its called) He showed me this picture and I instantly recognized it. Never knew it was him. It's really cool to have a picture of him doing what he loved!
