I remember seeing 4010 working this facility back in October 1996 on a nice Saturday afternoon. Back around 1980 the Ohio River Co. had at least one working S-2 and a more or less unserviceable RS-1. I used to have slides from those periods but they vanished over the years. So glad you got this photo!
