A nose only a mother knows! You are correct if you thought this looked like an EMD cab unit that got caught in a doorway. CLP 14, nee CLP 11, built by Clyde Engineering, Australian licensee holder for EMD. Clyde morphed to Donwer-EDI; technology partner has morphed to Electro Motive Diesel. New units are conceived in London Ontario, and shipped to Australia for final assembly.
