Not able to fill in any details, but that 40-2 seems the only one their that would have been an economic loss. All the frames look straight from this angle, so I'm not surprised 5356 was rebuilt.

This derailment happened east of Flagstaff at milepost 334, just west of the Cosnino Road crossing.
