WSDOT is cycling out the Cascades Talgo sets for rebuilding, so the daily Seattle-Vancouver BC round trip has been operating with Superliners for roughly the last couple years, thus rendering one of the assigned Cabbages surplus. This might explain why the 90230 has been meandering about Michigan recently.
