Great picture! Could someone tell me what that new emblem is on the side of the locomotives?

Jared, the new logo is a yellow "0" with the words "Zero Injuries" in white layed over top the "0", and the words "Our Goal Every Day" in black underneath the yellow "0". I believe these stickers were added to the engines, sometime since the beginning of the new year.
