No idea. The writing on the nose might be a clue if you can interpret it, but it was sitting next to a WB stack train waiting for clear track when I came upon it.

My apologies! I should have said it was at the GATEWAY to nowhere. :) In the 80's I supplied parts to cotton gins, so I've been there before.
