I am a little confused by the numbers on these RS3's 5435-5433 and the date of the photo August 1967. The unit numbers coincide with the PC numbers assigned to PRR RS3's. Were these units already renumbered in 1967 in anticipation of the pending start date of PC Feb 1,1968? Thanks and again wonderful photo. Posted by Dave Burroughs on January 8, 2018  That's an interesting observation regarding the numbering. Looking at the photo, it is not obvious that these locos have been renumbered although the numbers seem a little darker than the "Pennsylvania" lettering. I live in Canada and was not totally familiar with the renumbering of PRR units. The slide is stamped with the 1967 date though.
