I'm wondering if maybe it's some kind of scheduled maintenance they're doing with those MP40s. Caught 602 going up the Halton Sub on 422 a few weeks back, heading from Welland to Mac Yard (at least that's what I assumed - for all I know it could have been headed back to Boise!).

I believe they are heading for some warranty work.
