Stunning shot! I'm really surprised this got accepted on RPN, but I'm glad it did. This is simply remarkable, you have my PCA vote.

Definitely one of those shots that makes you click. The little opening in the clouds way out there really sets it off for me.

This is spectacular work... a dream-like composition that I have to believe many photographers wouldn't have had the creative daring to think of. Well done.

Wow, I had no idea ISO 1600 could accomplish results like that. This is either a kudo to the Canon 5D sensor, or to the photographer's abilities with photo editing software to work the levels and de-noise the shot with master technique, or both!. Stunning.

Sweet surreal shot there Clark of the Starlight Detour WB through Soledad Canyon! Something comes to mind, a phrase, hmmm a Bible quote? "Yea Though I Walk Through the Valley of the Shadow of Death, I Will Fear No Evil."
Spooky dead trees, dead grass and trademark dead looking SoCal hills. Those clouds look like smoke complete with sunset fire-imitating glow. That distant sunset perfectly centered in the distance at the end of the valley reminds me of a Lord of Rings movie scene. Again, an excellent and hard-to-pull-off shot.

Yes, interesting use of avaliable light in this one, Great shot! the only thing that would make this shot better would be a nice set of E Units on the point!
