Another cool shot, the Standard Oil Company adding character and seemingly dating the photo 10 years earlier then taken. Not many of us have encountered a Shark and lived to tell about! Thanks for sharing!

Wow...you've gotta love the old gas pump outside the IGA/Standard building. I'd love to see a close up of just the front of the building! Oh wait, what's that...a shark. ;-) Thanks for digging this one out of the archives, Steve.

Beautiful composition to this shot. Someone already mentioned that the gas station is an added bonus. I was lucky enough to get into the cabs of these engines and get some pics during the early 1980's while they were at the Diesel Electric Service Corporation in St. Paul, MN. I knew that they were special, but I think I was too young to appreciate the experience like I would now.
