It now has a Cummins engine in it. It is also remote control, the controls are actually in the step wells. Its used to switch the Transload facility.

So that's where this moved to! I miss seeing this outside the transload facility in Fridley. It was also amusing to see it operated by the controls in the step wells.

This locomotive began as an Alco affiliate, Montreal Locomotive Works-built, model S-11. A Canada-only model, it is most likely of Canadian Pacific heritage.
