Ooop's, Alco F3 perhaps?

This unit is an ex-Long Island control / power unit. Long Island created these from Alco FA units bought from several railroads including Louisville and Nashville. The confusion comes from the fact that the conversion worked so well that the Long Island also did several of these with EMD F units. The carbodies contained full cab controls and diesel engines used for train lighting and heating. I would guess that there is a locomotive on the other end of this train just as the Long island used.
