I like the picture but please add a remark and tell us somthing about the photo.
Can any one tell me what the 2nd locomotive is?

The locomotive in the N&W Tuscan Red is a research slug. I herd it was built from NW SD35 and is used for track testing. The slug also has no controls in the cab as well.
