If I didn't know any better I'd hazard a guess that CN 557 is in the background.

That's a cut of cars staged on main 1 underneath the Lemonville Road bridge. While it's possible that may have been left by 557 it seems unlikely unless they've changed their schedule from the listed (according to the 2008 Canadian Trackside Guide) Oakville departure time of 22:30, over 14 hours previous to this photo.
