Posted by Brad Kindschy on December 7, 2008  This was probably either the BISW (Blue Island Switcher) the delivers interchange freight to the IHB or an Ethanol train. The Ethanol trains to NS have been using the IHB and the symbol would have been RINSU (Rock Island-Chicago, IL/NS; Unit Train).
