2 things I notice in the Pic. 1st is Tommy's Taxi, who is still around and sometimes transports crews when the contractor doesn't have a van available. 2nd is who the heck would dress their kid up that way?? Love the old pics Don. Keep them coming!!!

The 442 was renumbered from its first Amtrak number, 225, to make roster room for new F40s. The original 400-series was assigned to Amtrak E9 cabs, but remaining 200 and 300 series E8s filled in missing E9 numbers. This locomotive was built as Louisville & Nashville 795.
