Note that 101's nose door has a blanked headlight casing. It was a replacement for the original following a grade-crossing accident. Although GM&O's three Alco-GE PA-1s and two Baldwin passenger cabs had dual headlights, none of their other cabs, Es, Fs, Alco-GE DL 109s or FA-1s did. I suppose the road may have acquired this door from a scrap yard.
