Any word on the cause? It almost looks as if a switch was misthrown and a derailment would have occurred anyways.

Great catch ! It is possible that one of the trains, the secure mark on the switch.

The Netherlands must be trying to conserve resources and energy by running two trains on one track. It seemed like a good idea at first!
