I believe the Burlington used that baggage car to transfer materials from the Aurora shop to the "Zephyr Pit" downtown, which was also maintained commuter equipment. Once, after the fleet was converted to HEP and BN was in charge, I witnessed a late night Dinkey arrival in Chicago that consisted of a cab car, the E9 and the baggage car in that order. A passenger train with mid-train power!
