The paint scheme surprised me. I thought the black paint was a couple of big windows on a new light rail car untill I read the remarks.

Excellent catch! I wonder why they are using this locomotive on the Raritan Valley Line? I hope to see one of these on the North Jersey Coast Line maybe?
