Brookville products are sent all over the world. Please note the multiple rails in the shop and in the paint booth that facilitate the work being done no mater where the product will be used.

Just a guess, but with the CG in the model designation, are these running on CNG?

CG stands for CoGeneration. This particular loco has 2 engines and is to be used within the confines of Grand Central.

Please note the yellow crane fixture (spreader) on the cab at the right, this device will fit several assemblies and will most likely be used to lift the cab to the right of MNRR 401 for placement on the locomotive to the left side of this photograph. The bridge crane seen at the far end of the shop is the real work horse of heavy industrial assembly. Some facilities have more than one bridge crane operating in the building as long items like a locomotive frame require two cranes per lift.
