The upper trestle is CSX (former Clinchfield Railroad) Copper Creek Viaduct. This train is on the (former Interstate Railroad) now part of Norfolk Southern. Which would indeed require Trackage rights for a CSX train. All in all a very nice perspective that shows the difference in elevation of the two railroads very well.
