According to the cab signaling rule, only UP, a few Amtrak, Metra, and a couple CEFX lease can be on the point of the train on these tracks. So when I see your CSX pictures, I wonder if the cab signaling terminates in Oak Park. I am not familiar with the area (railroad wise).
