Nice shot! Northbounds are a bit difficult there. I was there about an hour later hat day and caught some southbounds.

It is so good to take a break from the highway to watch some trains. I like to stop in Emporia, Virginia and a station called Brooke that serves Virginia Railway Express.

I hope the crew waved back! I just hope they keep running trains through Ashland - it's a great place for watching.
