Great shot Paul! The lighting and color are jaw-dropping. Makes me want to get my rear out of bed before 10 on my days off for a change! Definitely a PCA from me!

Paul most excellent working in some of the tree to make the shot so much more creative & dramatic in the sweet early AM light. By far the best shot i have seen from the 08 Altoona area Railfest weekend so far.

There are dozens of pictures of Cassandra on the site, but none even come close to the perfection of this photograph. I've been there a number of times myself and never thought that the lighting there could be so dramatic. Superb work!

Perfect composition and exposure. Almost didn't give this a PCA because everyone else was, but I did anyways. Great shot!

The lighting would make a Flemish Baroque artist envious. It even makes the ballast bed look manicured. All the kudos are well deserved

My first visit as a member of this site and this was the first photo I saw. Man, what do you do for an encore. Out of the box location choice and absolute perfect lighting. If Rembrandt did Trains, this would be the light he would have done. Thank you for a marvelous introduction to your work Mr. Duda.
