Mr. Volosyn - I know this comes 8 years too late, but from your description of this photo, I would hope that you are not "implying" that you are "guilty" of setting up this wonderful and interesting photo. I mean - how else would you be able to catch such an intriguing photo? :-) (JOKE) However - on a serious note, I do hope that you were possibly able to report the two individuals to the proper authorities and that they got arrested and faced the punishment and consequences they justly deserved. Good photo.
