I bet CSX wish they never cut the S-line now, they are having capacity issues up and down the A-line. I took and Amtrak south from Richmond, VA to Fayetteville, NC and we arrived an hour late. As I listened to my scanner, it was obvious that the cause was due to so many trains and single track. If CSX would reinstall the Weldon, NC to Norlina, NC line then upgrade the S-line south to Raleigh, they could have instant capacity and use that route for empties and low priority frieghts. But hey, what do I know.

At least they attempted to wash their units! UP doesn't even know what soap and water is!
