You have caught the entire GP39-2 fleet working together in Saint Paul. The SOO 4598 sure does need a new paint job being the worst looking SOO I have ever seen. It sure does show having four different paint schemes all part of the same railroad with two different CP and SOO liverys. Great Catch!
