The paint job on this E8 is not Amtrak, but that of the United States Department of Transportation, which featured a medium blue carbody and an Amtrak-like red nose. Note the large, faded, circular logo on the side behind the cab. As USDOT 210, which had been its Amtrak number as well, the locomotive was a leased to NJTransit for a period, while NJT's own E8 fleet was being remanufactured by ICG/Paducah. Although 92 was the unit's original B&O number, it also carried 1440 and 1463 prior to Amtrak 210. Before the USDOT acquisition, the unit was ownd by the Central Oaklahoma Railfan's Association.
