The tracks are east of the capitol building so that must be the morning sun. Today the tracks are below grade below the new (awful) station and this shot is impossible. A shot of any train in the station is very difficult. Nice Don.

I don't think the new station looks too bad, considering it was built in the 80's. One thing for sure though, this area has changed so much.
