It looks like 3 SD70MAC's do what 4 C30-7's and 1 SD40-2 can do!

I'm pretty sure that those are yellow sheets of steel and their purpose is to contain any spilled diesel

The yellow steel are drip pans that go to an oil/water separator. Trains Magazine has a very similar picture in an issue. It is a before and after picture, with the images 20 or so years apart.
