My guess is CN is relocating extra cars they had up north in anticipation for Prince Rupert traffic. Last Saturday there were 2 attempts here in Burns Lake to pull 40 new cars out of the siding, but failed. The cars have been stored here since August, and are now buried in an accumulation of this winter's snow.
