I actually live in Lodi. This is Lockeford St., and it's the one remaining street in Lodi that still sees rail traffic. The Traction Company also used to drive down Lodi Ave. I worked at A&W before I left for college a couple years ago, and owner/manager said that before the line was abandoned, the engineer's from the the CCT would park their locomotive in the street and go in for some coffee or floats, depending on the weather.
