Nice winter shot. For those who follow the news, a disturbed man went on a shooting rampage at City Hall the night of February 7th, barging in on a City Council meeting and killing five people. The grounds just to the right of this photo are that of the police station and Kirkwood City Hall. I'm betting there was at least one railfan hanging around the MoPac station when the violence began.
