I guess every railroader hates their employeer. I know here in the east the employees of CSX and NS hate their railroad.

Not entirely true. In this day and age, employers are doing everything they can to cut labor costs. What used to be a great job with great benifits is now a good job with good benefits. The railroads are making more money than ever and paying employees less than ever. Thats the short of it.
