I agree with Anthony, I believe that is the 16th St. Bridge. This area looks a bit different today, although there are still tracks down Chestnut St.

Car 1695 is about to turn off 16th Street onto Liberty Avenue. The cross street to the rear is Penn Avenue and the orange brick building to the left is the new at that time Pennsylvania Railroad freight house. Great shot.

I was looking at this picture again, and what's strange is the absence of cars on the streets.
