Does anyone know the original owner of this locomotive?
I know there were only 11 manufactured, and at least two are confirmed scrapped. I am looking for one that originally served in the U.S. Army, and what it's cab number was.

Online sources indicate it was built as frame no. E574-2, serial no. 2285. Originally USAX 7953 it seems to have passed through several owners before ending up on the Walkersville Southern. See http://www.rrpicturearchives.net/LocoPicture.aspx?id=143090 .
