Nice shot, PCA on this one, I can help but notice, is that a broom on the front end of the coach? I guess sweeping the rail free of snow for better traction? (If traction matters on a Cog?)

Nice shot Chris. The broom that is mentioned in the previous comment is actually held by a worker (you can see his feet dangling) and I would thing he is sweeping over the center track for the gear to make sure there isn't extra snow that could be packed into ice in the track.
