Why does it have flared radiators like an SDP45? None of the other SDP40 units have them.

That is because it is an SDP45. Either the roster I originally looked at was wrong or I misread it--and to be honest, I never noticed the flared radia tors when I scanned it, 9850 to 9855 were SDP40's and SDP45's started with 9856.

Good eye and great catch to both especially you Drew for the photo. When I saw this the first thing outta my mouth was WHOA which means outasight.
