Posted by Dave Schauer on December 9, 2007  Hey Tim - the Keenan Roadswitch crews can work as far south as Coons under their agreement. In this case there was no rested crew for the MRF so the Keenan Switch hauled the cars south where a Proctor Roadswitch could come and get them.
