The last time I remember seeing an SP engine at LAUPT was in 1989, at the 50th anniversary of Union Station. The Daylight 4449 Steam Engine was there, as well as and SP F Unit (which was staged next to a UP E unit and an ATSF F Warbonnet F Unit) for a photo shoot. Amtrak also had some equipment on display, it was an awesome event!
