Based on the winterization hatch, would this one of the ex-Bessemer & Lake Erie units? A rare paint scheme, notheless.

According to the "unofficial EMD Homepage" on trainweb.org, this engine was part of a 1953 B&O order, and was delivered as B&O 989. I have never seen the Sunburst logo on a covered wagon, though. Nice submission!

According to an article in the August 1995 issue of "Model Railroader" magazine, the sunburst scheme began to be applied to Baltimore & Ohio F-Units in 1963. It was the third scheme of four for the Fs, and lasted until 1969, when the simplified blue scheme with large B&O initials on the sides appeared. B&O F7A 4544 is pictured in this article in the 1963 scheme as well.

B&O 4626 was also painted in this scheme: http://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.php?id=79239. Also, a correction to my earlier comment - This 1963 scheme lasted until 1967 (not 1969, as I stated earlier).
