I hope the driver wasn't badly injured. Isn't this one of the new sets that the CFR recently bought?

The driver wasn't injured, because he manage to run from it's cabin when he realized that he couldn't stop the train in time. It hit a truck that violated the signals and attempted to cross the rails, even if the train was coming.
