Nice sign...or not. I was wondering the other day if there were any signs specifically geared toward railfans. Now I've got an answer.

Is it okay for non-railfans to trespass? What about foamers? Can they get in?

Including the last 2 surviving (D&H) Sharks on the planet... Thanks for posting - I was wondering what the gate to Baldwinville looked like. You have to wonder why a railfan would so vigilently avoid other railfans.

because over the years "railfans" (criminals actually) have stolen builders plates and all kinds of other
things from the sharks and other baldwins..
thats why the sign exists.

LOL!! I like the sign although I'd have a real hard time not trespassing for a quick shot.

There is now a public access absolutely free boat launch right behind where the old Conrail unit sits that has now been moved over by the car shops for some reason. There is a fence, but if you have a pickup truck tailgate you can get clear shots of the dead line full of baldwins less than 50 feet from each one of them. I also found the last time I was in the area the crews seemed rather friendly that this sign would lead you to believe.
